Steppin' in Poo

So I found myself face-down in a figurative pile of poo today. But I didn't really step in it. I was pushed. But then again, I will take responsibility for myself and say that I chose the path that would include some piles of poo that I might end up getting pushed into. I wont blame anyone else. However, I will try to watch my back more now.

Sheesh. I've always been pretty trusting and the proof is in the poo. I hate it when I get manipulated for being me.

Ok, what am I fussing about?!? It's just a little ordeal that I can't do anything about and I'm "out of it" now - the real problems that it involved are other people's problems. And I hurt for most of the people involved, especially those who are all caught up in it and can't do anything about it.

I should be praying for this and not whining...but I'm human, too. I BMW...b!%ch, moan and whine! Ok...time for prayer.

Adapting my blog

I originally created this blog (separate from my reading-and-blogging blog) as a place to include my original writings. Well, as is not abnormal with me, I've changed that concept after writing only one blog of my writing. (Words, Words, Words)

Now, this site will be just my everyday (or however often I choose) writings on whatever I feel like writing. I consider myself verbose on most subjects, so I think the title is still appropriate.

My current kick?! Running...enjoy!

Words Words Words

Words. Words. Words. They pile up, stack upon one another until they teeter and threaten to come crashing down. They pool together, a unified force, pressing in on the dam that holds them back until the dam gives way and they break forth with power.

They sit silently and hold my hand on a cold stone bench. They are etched in that stone; a lost name. They mourn. They grieve. They weep.

They bounce around inside my head; they sometimes fly out of my mouth uninvited, escaping like a hardened criminal finally unguarded. They embarass. They hurt. They cut deep.

They bubble up from the belly, just behind a good laugh. They burst forth in joy and wrap their eager arms around a friend. They embrace. They heal. They move.

A constant companion - like it or not. Steady. Reliable. Power. Strength. Communication. Hope. Hope. Hope. Always. Hope.
